At City Heels LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, Events, Hosting experiences, etc.

Please review our refund policy below:

 

"ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE".

Once payment is submitted, City Heels LLC maintains a strict zero-refund policy.

In the event that a participant is unable to attend a class, workshop, or program, event, subscriptions, monthly memberships, etc.

Credits will be issued for the amount paid.

Credits may only be applied toward future training sessions, workshops, programs, events, etc offered by City Heels LLC.

Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the original purchase date.

By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
