City Heels LLC – Refund Policy

At City Heels LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, Events, Hosting experiences, etc.

Please review our refund policy below:

 

"ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE".

Once payment is submitted, City Heels LLC maintains a strict zero-refund policy.

In the event that a participant is unable to attend a class, workshop, or program, event, subscriptions, monthly memberships, etc.

Credits will be issued for the amount paid.

Credits may only be applied toward future training sessions, workshops, programs, events, etc offered by City Heels LLC.

Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the original purchase date.

By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I am voluntarily participating in the CityHeelsLLC Classes, or attendance which involves or could involved physical movement, dance training, and athletic activity.

  2. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating.

  3. I understand that participating in heels dance activities may involve risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, falls, or other physical harm.

  4. I accept full responsibility for consulting a medical professional before participating if I have pre-existing injuries, conditions, or concerns.

  5. If I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, I will immediately stop the activity and seek medical assistance.


Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, fully understand and agree that:

  1. CityHeelsLLC organizers, instructors, venue owners, sponsors, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or medical conditions arising from my participation.

  2. I assume all risks associated with any dance training, and events held including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and the use of high-heeled footwear.

  3. I waive and release any claims against CityHeelsLLC, its organizers, instructors, and affiliates for liability, injury, illness, or damages.

  4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityHeelsLLC and its affiliates from any claims, expenses, or liabilities related to my participation.

Media Release & Consent

By signing below, I also grant CityHeelsLLC  and any other associated with the right to:

✅ Record, photograph, and film my participation in classes and competition.

✅ Use my image and likeness for marketing, promotional materials, and social media.

✅ Waive any rights to financial compensation for media usage.

I understand that any footage or images captured may be used for

future event promotions, online marketing, and brand representation.
