City Heels LLC – Refund Policy At City Heels LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, and experiences. Please review our refund policy below: All payments are "FINAL". Once payment is submitted, City Heels LLC maintains a strict zero-refund policy. In the event that a participant cancels, or is unable to attend a class,workshop, or program, ticket purchase, Product, credits will be issued for the amount paid. Credits may only be applied toward future training sessions, workshops, or programs ,tickets, etc offered by City Heels LLC. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within within 12 months from the original purchase date. By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
