Where Confidence is Built

The City Changes when you dance in heels

Class Q&A

Do I need experience to take a heels class?

No. You don’t need dance experience  you need willingness.
Heels class is about building confidence, strength, and coordination step by step. Everyone starts somewhere.

What kind of heels should I wear?

Ankle support (booties are best)

What if I’m not flexible?

Perfect. That’s why you’re here.
Flexibility improves with consistent training. Heels class includes mobility and strength work to support your body safely.

What Should I Wear?

Wear something that:

  • Allows movement

  • Makes you feel confident

Examples:

  • Leggings or biker shorts

  • Fitted top, sports bra, or crop

  • Bodysuit

  • Joggers that taper at the ankle

Baggy sweats hide posture mistakes. And we are correcting posture.

Is There a "Beginners Heels " Package For EveryThing I Need?

Yes! CityHeels Has Your basic Needs for a heels class, This does not include "Heels" always available for Pre-Order.
